This page outlines our one-year limited warranty, replacement terms, exclusions, shipping details, and claim procedures.


1. One-Year Limited Warranty

All Flysounds devices are covered by a one-year limited warranty starting on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers (but is not limited to):

  • Device failing to power on or operate normally
  • Abnormal audio output
  • Internal component failure due to manufacturing defects
  • Battery or charging malfunctions not caused by misuse

2. Out of Warranty

The following conditions are excluded from this warranty:

  • Human-caused damage, including accidents, drops, misuse, or improper handling
  • Natural disasters or force majeure (fire, flooding, lightning, earthquake)
  • Compatibility issues with third-party apps, smartphones, or accessories
  • Normal wear and tear (reduced battery capacity, aging accessories, cosmetic changes over time)
  • Unauthorized purchases (second-hand units or from unauthorized sellers)
  • Physical component damage (cracked housings, broken buttons, bent charging ports)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic defects not affecting device functionality
  • Loss or theft: coverage does not apply if the device is lost or stolen due to personal mishandling

3. How to File a Warranty or Replacement Claim

To submit a claim, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable
  3. Flysounds will evaluate the warranty request within 5–10 business days and contact you by email or phone
  4. You will receive a resolution via email or phone, which may include one of the following:

Resolution Options:

  • Repair: Fix the defect and return the product to you
  • Replacement: Receive a new or refurbished unit of equal value
  • Upgrade Option: Choose to upgrade to a different model at discounted pricing (optional)
  • Store Credit: If replacement is unavailable, receive credit toward a future purchase

4. Warranty Period for Replacement Products

  • The warranty for replacement items continues from the remaining duration of the original product's warranty.
  • If the remaining warranty is less than 30 days, it is extended to 30 days from the replacement shipment date.
  • Once a product is fully refunded, any associated warranty coverage ends.

4.1 Quality-Related Claims (Within 30 Days)

  • Verified manufacturing defects within 30 days: Flysounds covers return shipping
  • Applies only to items shipped and returned within the original purchase country

4.2 Quality-Related Claims (After 30 Days)

  • Customers are responsible for shipping expenses for warranty service, including sending items to Flysounds and receiving them back

4.3 Return Shipping Not Covered

  • Warranty claims not based on confirmed product defects
  • Personal reasons without a verified defect
  • Products purchased outside the original country of purchase
  • Accidental returns by the customer
  • Items mistakenly returned along with personal belongings
  • Devices returned as defective but verified fully functional
  • Internationally shipped defective products
  • Unauthorized returns without prior approval or valid return authorization

5. Warranty Limitations

  1. Geographic Limitation: The limited warranty is valid only in the original purchase country. Warranty is void if the product is transported or shipped internationally, even through authorized channels.
  2. Warranty Claim Window: Claims must be completed within 30 days of submission. Late claims or unresponsive cases may be closed without action.
  3. Product Return Conditions: The exact unit reported as defective must be returned. Non-matching units or missing items invalidate the warranty for that claim.

6. Disclaimer

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. Flysounds is not liable for:

  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, loss of use, or lost profits
  • Damages from third-party devices, accessories, or apps used with Flysounds products

7. Transport Responsibility

  • Verified quality issue returns using prepaid Flysounds shipping labels: Flysounds assumes responsibility for damage or loss during transit
  • Non-quality issue returns: Customer assumes full responsibility; Flysounds is not liable for damage or loss and will not issue refunds for transit damage
