We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States for every order placed on our official website. Please review the following details to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Processing: Our fulfillment team typically processes and ships orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Transit Time: Estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 7 business days after the shipment leaves our facility.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Note: Please allow for potential delays due to unforeseen events such as inclement weather, public holidays, or supply chain disruptions.


2. Shipping Restrictions & Scope

  • Service Area: Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes: Important: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.


3. Address Accuracy & Changes

Incorrect Address: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@flysounds.com immediately. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to reroute it. Flysounds is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Changes After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, changing the delivery address is usually not possible. In rare cases where the carrier allows an update, an additional carrier handling fee (typically $50+) may apply, which is the responsibility of the customer.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost/Stolen: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it after 24 hours, please check with neighbors or your mailroom. If still missing, contact us at support@flysounds.com.

Damaged: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist in filing a claim and arranging a replacement.


5. Multi-Item Orders

For orders containing multiple items, we will attempt to ship all items together. However, depending on product availability and warehouse logistics, items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
