We want you to be fully satisfied. If you are not, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 50 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Condition: Products must be undamaged, clean, and in original condition.
  2. Completeness: You must return the device along with all original packaging, accessories (charging case, cables, ear tips), and documentation.
  3. Usage: Products showing signs of excessive wear, cosmetic damage, or misuse are not eligible.
  4. Exclusions:
    1) Bulk/Corporate purchases (10+ units) are not eligible unless specified otherwise.
    2) Individual accessories purchased separately (e.g., ear tips, cases) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth refund process:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us via our website or email support@flysounds.com with your Order Number and email address. Our team may ask usage questions to assist you.
  2. Get Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions. You must use the official Flysound return label (if provided) or ship to the specific address we provide.
  3. Ship Within 7 Days: The product must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving approval.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs Responsibility

It is important to understand who covers the shipping costs:

  • Defective Products / Quality Issues (Within 50 Days):

Flysound will cover round-trip shipping costs if the product has a verified manufacturing defect, provided the item is purchased and returned within the same country.

  • Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind):

Flysound does not reimburse return shipping costs for non-defective items. All shipping costs for personal preference returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Special Conditions

50-Day Trial Policy:

  • Applies to a one-time trial per hearing aid model per customer.
  • Repeated returns of the same model for multiple trials are not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals found abusing the trial system.

Promotional Bundles:

"Buy One, Get One for $1" Offers: You must return both items to receive a full refund. If only one item is returned, the refund will be calculated by deducting the full retail value of the kept item.

5. Warranty & Authorized Channels

Authorized Sellers Only:

Flysound honors warranty and return claims only for purchases made through authorized channels (e.g., flysounds.com). Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty or free returns.

Proof of Purchase: To complete any request, please provide your Online Order Number and a valid sales receipt.

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the United States. In the event of any disputes, both parties will first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in Flysound’ operating region.
