Eligibility Requirements

  1. Condition: Products must be undamaged, clean, and in original condition.
  2. Completeness: Return the device with all original packaging, accessories (charging case, cables, ear tips), and documentation.
  3. Usage: Products showing excessive wear, cosmetic damage, or misuse are not eligible.
  4. Exclusions:
    • Bulk/Corporate purchases (10+ units) are not eligible unless specified otherwise.
    • Individual accessories purchased separately (e.g., ear tips, cases) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

Follow these steps for a smooth refund:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact us via the website or email support@flysounds.com with your Order Number and email. Our team may ask routine questions to assist you.
  2. Get Approval: Once approved, we provide instructions. Use the official Flysound return label (if provided) or ship to the designated address.
  3. Ship Within 7 Days: Return the product within 7 days of approval.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we inspect the item. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs Responsibility

  • Defective Products / Quality Issues (Within 50 Days):
    Flysound covers round-trip shipping if a verified manufacturing defect exists, provided the item is purchased and returned within the same country.
  • Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind):
    Customers are responsible for shipping costs for personal preference returns.

4. Special Conditions

50-Day Trial Policy:

  • Applies to a one-time trial per device model per customer.
  • Repeated returns of the same model for multiple trials are not allowed.
  • Flysound may refuse service to individuals abusing the trial system.

Promotional Bundles:

  • "Buy One, Get One for $1" Offers: Both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, the refund deducts the full retail value of the kept item.

5. Warranty & Authorized Channels

Authorized Sellers Only:
Flysound honors warranty and return claims only for purchases made through authorized channels (e.g., flysounds.com). Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty or free returns.

Proof of Purchase: Provide your Online Order Number and valid sales receipt.
