- Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we inspect the item. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Flysound covers round-trip shipping if a verified manufacturing defect exists, provided the item is purchased and returned within the same country. -

4. Special Conditions
50-Day Trial Policy:
- Applies to a one-time trial per device model per customer.
- Repeated returns of the same model for multiple trials are not allowed.
- Flysound may refuse service to individuals abusing the trial system.

- "Buy One, Get One for $1" Offers: Both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, the refund deducts the full retail value of the kept item.
